Food took much longer than any normal dining experience in downtown. Atmosphere was crowded and food could have used more seasoning. Also they tracked us down because the manager thought we didn’t pay since she didn’t know how to check their system when we used the QR checkout. Would not recommend, Olive Garden would be better.
We ended up leaving before our entrees came. They were so slow. We waited a good 15 minutes for drinks. 25 for our salads. Our server was sweet but when he came to clear our salads, he grabbed the dirty forks off our salad plates and placed them on the bare table explaining we'd need them for our entrees. WTH?! What kind of place serving 2 courses doesn't supply a dinner fork AND a salad fork? My stomach turned right then and we were out.25+ for two side salads and a warm beer.Pass. Just pass.
The food wasn’t my favorite.. at first I was ehh about the service. The younger girl was kinda rude. Asked her if it was possible to sit outside, her response was “ well is there any tables outside?” And I responded yes and she told me “ well then find a table I guess” didn’t bother me very much but I work in the service industry and found it kinda unwelcoming but Dehler was my server, such a sweetheart, very talkative, out going and just made up for it. Ask for dehler, such a great server and on top of things!
What a disappointment. I can’t speak for the entrees because we cancelled ours after we received the extremely bland breadsticks and “Caesar Salad”. I put this in quotation marks because it was made with spring mix lettuce and you could hardly taste the dressing. It left a literal bad taste in our mouths. If the starters were this bad we had no faith that the entrees would be any better, and after reading other reviews(I should have done this ahead of time) it seems like this is a common experience.
