Applebee's Grill - Walnut

Eric was a top notch server. Very engaging with a sense of humor. Quick service.

I been coming here for years and I have never felt so uncomfortable embarrassed. The waitress are not friendly no customer services, I really loved this place, but unfortunately it’s not the same. The manager Cristian was the only nice person here. The waitress have the most unfriendly faces stuck up and only seem to pick and choose who they wanted to be friendly to.

We waited a long while for our food the people next to us got there appetizers immediately. Almost waited in hour, the fries were too salty, my daughters Mac and cheese didn't taste so great she didn't want to finish it. But the burger was good.

There's only one issue that I have with Applebee's They don't serve a baked potato every other restaurant you can get a steak and baked potato or shrimp and baked potato but not an Applebee's They're mashed potatoes are good or just sometimes I want a baked potato.

The service tonight was absolutely horrendous, ask to speak to the manager only to be given all kinds of excuses as of why the service was so terrible , is sad because this used to be our hangout spot, absolutely disappointed, don’t waste your time or money at this particular Applebees!!
