Excellent service tasty eating and welcoming ambiente. each dish was made to perfection and icing in the cake was dessert for 2, perfect evening. all employees were welcoming and professional. matthew was a lovely waiter and cared for all our needs. the host was exceptional and made me the best cocktail I had in one. it would be highly recommended. will go back to defenitiw

Last night, my sons attended the 18th birthday. from the entrance to the exit can not fail about our experience. the initial cocktail was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen and the taste was not disappointed! we were treated very individually, even thought the restaurant was full capacity the ordered food was some of the best food I've ever eaten. thanks for my son 18th in his words the best day of his life! will definitely thank again x

I contacted the team do an Indian afternoon tea-eating theme for my mamas 60th! it is not on the menu, but from the word go childi, shamim and hardeep were amazing! they sent me sample menus that were for all our needs, even a special note for my neff so that he would be involved! the cards and personalized menus were an extra special touch! they kept me on the running, which was soothing for me. the whole family loved the evening and was so free about eating, venue and ambiente! our head waiter in the night was hamza and a special mention goes to him as he brilliant, friendly and talked us through the tees and menu, went in our tempo so we don't feel hurry and feel like royal feeling! thank you. would highly recommend this place for a special occasion as the team really take the stress of the organization of them!

My husband and I booked Five Rivers for our daughter's 21st birthday meal which was on Friday 4th August. The service leading up to the booking was very impressive. Hardeep the restaurant manager was very friendly and professional, he explained everything from deposits to refunds to menu choices and drinks menus there was nothing he did not cover. Once booked he called several times to go over any concerns I had. One of my main requirements was we needed a gluten free menu for my sister, Hardeep was great with this and suggested the gluten free options which I opted for. The birthday meal was great each and every member of our family loved the food and were very complimentary. The food came out fresh, hot and well presented. We had dined at Five Rivers before and were impressed hence we went on to book for our daughter's party. I can honestly say we made the right choice and will definitely book again.
