Kfc - Walsall

Was really expensive, nothing like the photos. Quarter of a slice of cheese, barely chips, tortilla packing saw pale, 2 pieces of chicken. The staff looked unhygienic.

Absolutely shameful service then ordered riders delivered elsewhere so that someone has our meal and now you can contact because you do not answer the phone

Order two meals by the app. Drove through the ride and they could not find the order. It was finally found and told me that my order had gone to the reception and I have to park and go to collect... it itself. I go in and my order is already sitting there on the counter and there are two employees who chat on the drive through windows. It wasn't a big deal for me to go and get the food themselves, but they just picked it up and handed it over to me through the window. Why inconvenience of the customer if the common sense had solved the problem in 5 seconds?

I'm totally disgusting with the condition of the toilets in KFC Wednesbury! I heard rumors that it was dirty, but was not sure if they were true or not! To the toilets and this is a complete shame! Must be switched off

Very disappointed with the service.tasteless bucket Chicken pieces was over cooked Asked for few legs was told it’s Upon availability!! I was ok Came home checked had 2 wings 2 breast 4 ribs and 1 leg !!!! Called the store spoke to Courtney and pepper...managers very very rude and no passion in giving great food. rubbish customer service . Will ever be going back
