Avaliação da contribuiçãoGeneral A beautiful summer day and a recommendation from a customer, our goal for a convertible tour to Walsrode was already found. It was a very successful evening. The restaurant is located on a main street in Walsrode. From the outside, the guest does not know what awaits him inside. The restaurant is operated by Heide workshops. People with disabilities are involved in the course of a gastronomic operation. Here employees work in hand with no handicap hand. Service The restaurant offers approx. 40 seats, in the OG a separate room for events for up to 40 people and an outdoor terrace with also about 40 seats. We searched for a parking lot nearby and came directly from the rear area to the terrace. Here we have secured one of the last shaded places under one of the big parasols. We were greeted nicely and the menus were brought to us. After a short time, the drinks were taken up and served in a reasonable time. The order of the dishes was also timely. The dishes were served in a reasonable time. It must be taken into account that the dishes are freshly prepared. Here the guest is geduzt. This cannot be miserable to the service personnel if you see what kindness and enthusiasm they perform their tasks. They blossomed regularly when asked for information. We were very done and felt well looked after. Food The menu is relatively small with three sides, but very varied and well structured. The dishes offered change seasonally and slightly from the offer of a good-bourgeois cuisine in our region. The well sorted beverage card has seven pages. For comparative purposes, we have opted for more classic dishes. During the next visit we will select dishes that are not offered in the region or rarely. Our choice was: a cream soup of fresh pifferlings with butter croutons, young boar medallions from the grill on fried pifferlings with a cognac pepper sauce with homemade potato crimp and finally there were drowned 37 (vanilla ice cream, espresso, cream and coffee liqueur). The cream soup was excellent, the consistency perfect. Beautifully ally with many pifferlings. The Jundschweinmedaillons were not only visually very well dressed (the eye eats with it), but they also tasted very well. The meat was prepared on the spot, slightly pink and butterfly. The seedlings were served in a beautiful cognac pepper sauce. The potatoes were also very successful. As dessert, the drowned 37 enjoyed. What to say... a dream. All in all, a clear recommendation for the restaurant. Ambiente The restaurant is modernly furnished. The craftsmen have this task and the opportunity to show them very much joy. Accordingly, the mouth fell to mouth propaganda. The floor is held in oak (PVC). The walls are lined with wood, exactly matched to the floor. Long benches with green cushions are located on the wooden paneled walls. Also colourfully matched. On the wooden walls hang pictures (modern art), which fit well to the decor. The chairs are covered with black artificial leather. The table is made of wood and metal. Crystal vases with fresh flowers and salt and pepper shakers are on the tables. All tables are covered with wine glasses, brisks and appetizer plates. The stainless steel kitchen is available from the restaurant and from the terrace. The furniture on the terrace is a combination of wood and metal. Large parasols donate shade. Here, too, everything is colourfully matched. Cleanliness, also applies to the toilets. The marking of the toilet doors is very original. Price/performance appropriate

I love the B37, Ambience super, Operation very nice. The food was perfect.
Great service and a very good food. At the next holiday gladly again.
