The Grill - Waltham

Chicken skewer was dry, otherwise food was OK. Service slow but adequate. No bar is a drawback. Not fancy. Proximity to theatre is best point.

Middle Eastern fare that was just delicious. We four shared the appetizers with pita bread which was so good I could easily have made a meal of it. I had the lamb shish kabob which was perfectly prepared. Each of us commented that we'd definitely be back. In parting, they were busy but despite that, the service was excellent a quite friendly. Definitely a keeper.

Delicious Mediterranean food! Eggplant dip, humus, etc were really excellent with good pita bread. Beef gyro with good with slices of pickled beets as an extra accompaniment. Beef koobidah, not sure if I have that spelling correct, was nicely spiced ground beef kabob that was crisp on the outside and moist inside. I will definitely get that again. Tabulah salad was very good. Everything seemed fresh and made to order, generous portions. Very good service. Perfect for before or after a movie. Cheerful interior, bright and clean AND we could hear ourselves talk!

Very impressed with the quality of the service and the of the food. Much better than I expected from a small local restaurant. The value was quite good also.
