Avaliação da contribuiçãoDoes anyone know what happened? The inn has always closed this year and nobody knows where the owners are. No note on the door, no note on the website, or on the answering machine. You just stand in front of closed doors.
Great guest house with a feel-good factor and delicious cuisine!
The secret tip. Great ambience and a great kitchen.
Susi and Fred and their inn at Finowkanal were recommended to me by one who needs to know because they have lived in Zerpenschleuse for years. Just like the entrance of the guest room becomes tangible. This is Passion at work. The innkeepers are a well-established team, Susi in the kitchen, Fred in the service and greet me so warmly that I feel right at home. TIef in the Brandenburgian comes up here a feeling of Italian Tuscany, as Susi whispers through her kitchen, Fred and the dishes bugs the guests and in between pampered the guest children. In their kitchen, which I see later when paying, fresh ingredients are torn: tomatoes and salads, mushrooms and beets and in the background bowls and plates, spices and herbs and ÖL. Italy. The chosen trout is filled with oranges and tomatoes and sage, is sleek and juicy and disintegrates on the tongue. In addition, roast potatoes and homemade herbal cucumber and a salad that tastes after salad with blanched carrots and possibly estragon? It tastes for cleaning and listening, because Susi is in the kitchen and sprinkles joy of life where she goes and stands while Fred brings us drinks and hosts the guests in the backyard. If I had come earlier, we would also have it out in the afternoon sun with a view over the field. But then I probably missed how Susi actually dares to offer dessert even her own applesa. Next time, Susi, I promise!
It's soooo great! The food is prepared with love that you taste! The owners of this inn give every guest the feeling of being welcome. The prices are absolutely moderate it just makes fun to be there! Very recommended!
