Philomena Santucci's Square Pizza

Order the baked penne “with meat sauce”. I put it in quotes because they calculated the $5 or so extra and didn't even give it up. the cheese was burned up and there was no ricotta. very disappointed

There were red flags from the minute we walked in. The hostess stand was empty, so we waited a few minutes for somebody to come by and ask us how many. We told them 2 and they walked off. A few more minutes go by and somebody else walks by and asks us the same question. We answered again and she also walks off. We watch as she walks around the restaurant changing the channel on some of the TV screens... Apparently this is vital to their business over seating customers.We probably should have walked out at that point, but we were tired, hungry, and already invested about 10 minutes into eating here at this point and decided to stick around for more punishment.Finally we are seated. It takes about another 15 minutes for a waitress to even come over. We both ordered salads with grilled chicken, and they did come out relatively quickly... However, there was no chicken on my salad, and the grilled chicken on my fiance's salad was flavorless, cold deli style chicken that's not actually chicken. I asked about my missing chicken and inquired if they had actual chicken... Apparently every item on their menu comes with the gross flavorless cold chicken so we just asked for our check and left. The menu also says salads come with bread and butter, and we never got that

So I have passed this place many times, finally decided to try it. So glad I did, everything we had was excellent, from sandwiches to fries and pizza. Thanks, will be back.

A step up from the typical suburban pizza place. For the Warrington and Warminster area, I'd have to say this pizza has the best crust and the best sauce. The end product is not always exceptional, but you're not going to be disappointed, and you will likely get something better than what you're used to getting from the typical round pie pizza place around here. Crust is not as chewy as a typical pizza, it's not crumby either though. Very tasty. Ordering online was easy. Pickup was okay. The counter gets crowded and people are standing around waiting for their orders. I waited less than 10 minutes.

What can I say Santucci’s has been a favorite for ever!!
