Dunkin' - Warren

My family considers this our Dunkin ' because it 's the one closest to us and we 're there so often. The staff is friendly, they 're crazy fast, and the food is amazing.

Gave three stars instead of one because the staff was friendly and the service was reasonably quick. The coffee was good and the maple bacon sandwich was just OK. The hashbrowns were burned and dried out and there sure aren?t very many of them. My husband?sdonuts tasted stale even though it was only 10:30 in the morning, and his jelly doughnut had so little jelly in it that it wasalmost flat. Most of it appeared to have squeezed out the bottom. Very disappointing. You would think the place that has donutsin its name would have better donuts.

This was definitely one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to!! We got a chai tea latte, black coffee, Carmel craze signature ice latte, and glazed munchkins. The two lattes tasted like hand sanitizer!! It was horrible! It made me very sick, as we lived an hour away and I couldn’t just take it back so I drank it! It was horrible!!! Then they were out of half their menu items so we just got glazed munchkins. The staff was rude and horrible! I will never go back again!

Both “managers” on duty told me there was nothing they could do, and they began yelling at me about the prices displayed on the board. I couldn’t even think straight with them shouting at me. According to the app, there were no exclusions. Customer service later confirmed that I was right; they handled the situation correctly. I won’t be returning. The cold foam they prepared was poorly made and fell apart the moment I left. To top it off, one of the supposed managers was talking about me with their employees, which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I will definitely not be coming back.

This restaurant offers the best service of any place in the area. Everything was incredibly fresh, and our server, Austin, treated us like VIPs—he was thoughtful and polite throughout our visit. He ensured that we were happy with our orders and made us feel like long-time regulars! I can't recommend this place enough! Five stars!
