We love it here and their chocolate chip cookie dough is the best! And their home made waffle cones. This place is my favorite.

ICE CREAM!!! Most amazing ice-cream stand! They got the flavors! Plus I heard it's going to be in a movie coming out next year.. awesome!!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this location. I know it is “only“ an ice cream shop, but sometimes something like that can really make your day so much better especially when you have kids. The owner of this business is one of the last normal business owners that I know of that exists. He actually cares if he retains his customers and treats people with respect, and is actually genuinely thankful and appreciative of their patronage. It is so common to be mistreated by business owners, and managers that when I encounter someone like this man, it really makes me so grateful. I hope that this place stays in business for many many years to come because they deserve all the success in the world. They always go above and beyond to make things right even when something is just a small inconvenience such as being out of your favorite ice cream flavor. The owner volunteered to mix in the items by hand just because I was disappointed. I am a little embarrassed to admit that, because it kind of makes me sound like a food obsessed fatty. But I really want everyone to understand what a wonderful place this is. And their ice cream is simply the best. I live like 15 mins away and pass H AND DQ. I will always drive the extra few miles to come here. The people who work here are always polite, kind, and always let you know they are happy you have chosen to come there. Thank you for being a positive place in Howland and a sunny spot in the world. -A customer for life

Awesome ice cream with great prices. But the Katie's Korners in Cortland was horrible. The ice cream was gridy in texture and really didn't have much of any taste.Howlands location was delicious I'd recommend going here over other ones.
