The hotel itself is very cozy and clean. I cannot complain about room size or staff. Very disappointing, however, I found the food on the arrival night. The Maispoulade with Gnocci were dry and after nothing tasted. Unfortunately, not only the taste but also the quality of the food was not right, as I had nausea and stomach problems until the day after. In the beautiful and cozy ambience I would have expected something else.

It was a great stay in gasthaus cramer . all the staff friendly, the service is top. we were only there for one night to visit the cozy Christmas market in hirschberg. next year we are back. Unfortunately, you cannot rate the hotel business independently of the restaurant. The hotel would have earned four stars. The room is cozy and clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. Now to the restaurant, which is welcoming and in which you are also kindly served: The food was a disaster. The chicken podiums and also the gnocchi were dry and tasteless. A sauce could have compensated for this. We were hungry, and we didn't complain, it wasn't insane, and it was filled. The fact that both of us became bad after eating is then a serious indication that the food was not only tasteless, but also spoiled. I don't take the wine stone in the glass, that can happen, but I would never eat there again!
