Food and service was very good. The woman on the phone was very pleasant and friendly and helpful. When I was there to pick up my order, the girl at the front was very nice and fast.

Food is always good here, but the lack of service people takes the enjoyment out of the experience. Arrived on a Sunday at 4:00pm to a half empty parking lot but people waiting outside. Then was told there would be a 30 minute wait even though the restaurant was half empty. They only had two servers working. Everything was slow and made the whole experience poor.

A good end to a rough day. We sat in the bar and our server was very attentive and kind. Can't quite remember her name (sorry we were really tired) but we were pretty much the last people there on Wednesday (6/8) night. Ordered the pretzel app, two burgers and a giant cake piece thing. Everything was delicious and would definitely stop by again soon if we weren't an hour away.

Very good food! I absolutely love the ?bottomless? options. You can eat as much as you want! Though the portions are very large so you don?t need to order more. My personal favorite are the ?pickle nickels?. Such a great appetizer!! Burgers, sandwiches and salads are huge! And delicious. It does get a little pricey being diner food, however worth it. They do not offer bottomless milkshakes anymore which is a bummer but always good here.

Probably the worst take out experience ever. The side of the burger was literally swimming in ketchup then the top was swimming in mustard.. there was like an inch thick layer of condiments on this burger... how that?s even edible?? The final straw though was that it was supposed to be a veggie burger and it very much was not. Please get better quality control.
