After lilly finished taking a customer order, she quickly noticed and set us up. we got menus and ordered our drinks. lilly then helped some other customers. I would like to say what a remarkable young lady is lilly! not only did she work alone as a gruß and waitress, she was brilliant and pleasant about it! I asked her if she was alone and she answered yes. I saw two chefs behind, but lilly ran the restaurant! manager please give lilly an increase and recognize the wonderful, cheerful and competent staff they have! thank you. lilly for our st george mini holiday to visit a great place!
I had the BEST omelette in my life at IHOP! And I’ve had a LOT of omelettes over the years. I’m also having a “love affair” with their butter/pecan syrup! I’ve tried for decades to find someplace (including IHOP! that would sell me this fantastic syrup…online or whatever but there is NO place IHOP is a clean restaurant, one of the most important things when looking and comparing; service has always been first class and though their prices seem high to me, ALL restaurants are overpriced IMO. To me, going out for a meal is a luxury that I don’t get often (old, disabled and poor!!! . When someone does invite me to dine out, I always suggest IHOP even though I don’t normally put huge chain operations on my priority list. IHOP IS RECOMMENDED!!!
Wonderful brunch. It was super busy and we had to wait 30 minutes on a Saturday but it was worth the wait. Our servers, although young, were excellent and very good at their job. Great food at a great place and at a good price
No need for pictures; the food all looks the same and so does the environment It took me an hour from the time I sat down to ordered (5 minutes later) The waitresses looked stressed. When I went there wasn't even that many people, the food still took 45 minutes to come out, which wasn't even the right food. The food was pretty lowtier; pancakes undercooked, gooey in the middle. The simple food we ordered (omelette, which I didn't even get the right one) and steak fingers with corn and Mashed potatoes (overcooked and tough meat) was not up to par. It seems the issue is the chef, as everyone in surrounding tables was experiencing the same issue; poor food and long wait times The waitresses were plentiful, and were on top of everything and prompt. One male waiter even expressed getting paid 2.50 an hour, but how do they expect people to tip if the food is poor, and takes long to get there. Once again, waitresses were on top of everything, mine looked like she wanted to cry. If I was a manager, I woulda jumped on that grill back there and cooked it up too. Extremely poor experience.
Five of us were seated immediately. Our server, Zane, was fast, friendly and remembered our drinks and food orders perfectly. The manager, Sergio, came by to check on us and was very friendly and easy to talk to. All in all, our experience here was excellent and we will definitely return.
