The restaurant was closed. Why was it available for booking if it wasn't open?

We booked the reservation and went all the way to the restaurant and it was not even open

I have a reservation confirmation, but the restaurant was closed. Not sure it's still open. It was dead and the hotel staff seemed shocked that I could make a reservation.

I got the yogurt parfait, which wasn't a parfait at all. It was a big bowl of regular yogurt, not Greek yogurt, garnished with granola and a few berries. A parfait is supposed to be layered with a significant amount of granola and berries, not garnished with it. And for $12, it should of been Greek yogurt. Who eats regular yogurt anymore. Very disappointed. A DC restaurant should know better.
