I was told that the manager wasn't in and to come tomorrow. I went back today and the manager wasn't there. A young lady, after interrogating me about why I didn't return it last night, called the manager on the phone. He also put me through uncomfortable questions and I felt like a criminal. I'm very well paid. I don't want anything free. The young lady offered me another sandwich but I'd just bought lunch and I showed it to her. I want my money back and I'll never eat there again. THE ABSOLUTE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Oh! The young lady offered me cookies. In other words, u could get a another sandwich and cookies but no refund.

Made just the way I like it, Maine could use a few points
The Hispanic worker who makes sandwiches was very very nasty when I was requested my meal to be made. I simply inquired about red chili peppers wondering what happened with them being ordered at the store because I usually go to subways and add them to my sandwiches. The lady nastily threw my sandwich to the side with an attitude because she was unable to answer my request. The other worker attempted to provide me an answer but the other workers attitude was so nasty that I had to walk out of the store while exchanging words. It is horrible to try and order and still not even have an end result or satisfactory service. I'm now starving and cannot order subway because of a nasty encounter. Regardless of a customers questions, we should never feel like we don't want someone serving us food. She is repeatedly nasty to other patrons and students but today was my day m assuming. I will be back to write a review and share in more detail the Women's name and supervisor as well as the operating managers information. This woman should not be allowed to work and have such a nasty and dismissive attitude towards customers. I will be back with a more extensive report. This location really deserves no stars .
I usually love this place. Just recently I went in and had a new debit card. I didn't know the PIN. I asked the manager to ring it as credit. He said he could not, then snatched the sandwich away and gave me a rude glare. I was wearing a hoodie and had my hood on. I felt I was profiled.
