Elephant Castle Dc Pennsylvania Ave.

Had dinner there the other night. The greeting at the door was pleasant and extremely grateful from the start. We were seated quickly and efficiently and our server was quick and extremely cordial. She gave us amazing suggestions and flawlessly attentive service. The food was straight up on point from beginning to end from the apps, to entries to the dessert course. Oh my goodness and the properly drawn pint. If you're ever in DC you need to visit the Elephant Castle.

Always stop here when I'm in DC. Food is always fantastic, staff are very sweet and and down to earth. Highly recommend.

My new DC favorite! Our server was great; we came back the second day for dinner again and asked for her�. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. We had the fish and chips (Amazing), the pretzel bites (OMG yum) on the first night and the loaded poutines (fabulous) and the vindaloo (spicy and delish). Dinner for 2 for less than $50 in downtown DC!

Always a great place. Best steak and mushroom pie ever! Husband said the Shepard Pie was outstanding but agreed my lunch was top! Plus paired with ice cold Old Speckled Hen Yum!!!!!!! Thank you...Better than I remember when we lived in DC five years ago.

Food was very good. I had the chicken pot pie and it was amazing. Definite worth the money
