Avaliação da contribuiçãoLamb kebab (has has kebab) tasted more like an Italian pork sausage. Not a distinct lamb flavor I was expecting when I order a lamb dish. Overpriced and under quality tbh. The appetizer plate with hommous, yoghurt etc was quite nice, but my entree left much to be desired. Service was very cordial, but for the price I would not chance another lamb dish here. I recently dined out at an Indian restaurant in Guilford and their lamb biryani was outstanding for the same price if not cheaper.
Loved the food and service here. The food was fresh, authentic and delicious. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Warning for God-fearing Muslims, They have a belly dancer come by and dance at all the tables every Saturday starting at 7:30pm. It was a rude surprise for my spouse and I while we were just trying to have a normal dinner. We were really caught off guard. The waitress didn’t say anything about it being belly dancer night while seating us, there were no signs on the door or wall, and there’s nothing mentioned on the menu that would indicate there was going to be a half naked dancer that day. Even if I wasn’t Muslim, I would think it’s obnoxious for a restaurant to do that. We were just trying to eat in peace.
I should have been dining here for years! My only (rather poor) excuse was that it's out of the way of my normal routine. Sultan's took me right back to my years spent in Northern Greece and Turkey. The food is delicious and the service excellent. I can't wait to return and try more dishes! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
It's a moderate restaurant where you can try different kinds of Turkish dishes. While the food provides a decent introduction to Turkish cuisine, I was disheartened to see a belly dancer performing in the restaurant. This performance is not in line with traditional Turkish culture and seems out of place in an establishment claiming to offer an authentic dining experience. I would urge the owner to reconsider this choice, as it detracts from the authenticity and could be seen as prioritizing revenue over cultural integrity.
