Taco Bell - Waterbury

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I just went there and the drive-through was completely dark, with no lights on anywhere around the perimeter. I have no idea who owns this place, but it's a total disaster. I would never eat there and would not recommend anyone else to go there. It's a shame to think about how they must treat their customers.

We ordered two beef chalupas and a couple of soft tacos with all the toppings. When we arrived to pick up the food, the woman working there had a bad attitude and seemed unhappy. One of the tacos she gave us looked like this. The rest of the tacos were also lacking in meat and looked messy and unappetizing.

The food is good, but the portion sizes for the price are horrible. I ordered a double side of steak and they only give you a few pieces. Not worth hearing them tell you it's measured in portions. They give you maybe about a few pieces of steak if that when you order a side. False advertising I must say.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I ordered through Uber Eats and they claimed there was no drink in my order, even though there was clearly a large drink included with my combo meal. They also forgot to include the guacamole I paid for with my nachos, and did not give me the 12 piece Cinnabon delights that I ordered. When I tried calling to address the issue, no one answered the phone. The manager I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional, and did not offer any assistance in resolving the problem.

This is my favorite taco bell always get my order right and the staff is good and pretty quick Your food definitely recommend this place for sure
