Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered 2 pizzas, one was a howie special swirling on the half. the young man who gave up my order has accused me for 2x wobble. when I brought it back, he reimbursed the $2 fee for extra wobbles and said I'm all hired. I was annoyed, wanted to make my pizza new and wanted to get it back. I insisted that both of them be remade so that I have both pizzas fresh. (I thought that was standard protocol?) I don't want a fresh pizza and a cold. Anyway, it took about 40-45 minutes to remake because they had to do it twice. I guess the child told his coworker xl wobble on the half to be restored, and that's what she did. xl on the half. she didn't know what my order was and followed the direction that this boy gave. I gave 5 stars because they really went beyond and beyond to make it right and these children's 'people were really sorry for his mistake, including the refund of the entire order and to my surprise gave me a free cookie with him. that was delicious.
I don't understand how extra cheese is less cheese than we get on a regular pizza? that has happened twice. if we don't order three times, there is really no change and we pay for the upgrade we order the more cheese. gluten-free pizza very good.
The food was delicious and delivered quickly. my wife said the sub was great, I had an salate and was pleasantly surprised how generous they were with the meat.
Just bought a salad, the guy at the counter was nice. However my salad has 2 dead bugs in it! I just paid almost 10 dollars for a salad to have to throw it away!
I ordered two pizzas and a cheese bread today around 530pm. I went into the location to pick it up knowing it probably wasn 't ready yet. Paid for it and waited for it to finish. There was I think five people working, phones not ringing, no other customers there, no orders sitting in the warmer boxes.. therefore not busy. After coming back inside after being in the car for a while. A different employee then the first one asks how they can help me? Tell them my name and as he turns around another employee is sliding two pizzas into the warmer thing. (Happens to be my pizzas) he pulls them out then starts looking around. No cheesebread in sight. He walks to the back where all the other employees are only to come back and say yeah they forgot to make your cheesebread they are going to make one now. At this point I look at the time and realize I can 't wait 10 minutes or whatever for it to be made and cooked. I tell the kid I just need my money back. So he calls over the manager I would assume because he had to do the refund. He does not say ONE SINGLE WORD to me no I 'm sorry about this or whatever, nothing. He acted as if I was irritating him as he thud, thud, thuds on the monitor. Then turns and walks away. The other employee steps back up and says do you have the card you put it on? No, I paid cash. So he calls the manager back over again, he doesn 't say a word to me. This time thudding even harder on the screen. He hands me my money back I say thank you he turns and walks away. I moved to the area about 6 months ago and have ordered here probably 6 or 7 times. Today will be the last time. Total lack of respect, zero customer service, he never even apologized, let alone offered anything for their mistake.
