Burger King - Waterloo

Burger King always comes thru. Their food is still satisfying for fast food. Always use their coupons that come in the mail.

I ordered by coupon number which was quick. There was one car ahead of me. Don't know what he ordered, but was at take out window over five minutes.Food: 5/5

So I called in sick today because I woke up vomiting I get told by the manager very rudely mind you “if you don’t come in you don’t have a job” I’m trying to make sure I don’t get the customers sick and the my coworkers sick and your telling me that your going to fire me because I’m sicker than a dog. This place is has a trashy atmosphere for employees if your looking to work out here do not apply. Until they get new management

Food was good but lady at the takeout window was not friendly.Food: 4/5

This is by far the worst fast food experience I have had in my life. 45+ minute wait in line at drive thru to be informed they couldn't serve anything. Absolutely atrocious customer service avoid this location like the plague!Food: 1/5
