Burger King - Waterloo

I pulled in my half. Drive thru was busy. I ordered online. I wanted to confirm my order. And no problems just polite, friendly and helpful. They ran out of my food. Very happy with today's experience.

I dined during the lunch hours and was happy with my visit. I have the impossibility, ice and jalapeno bites. the whole food was really fresh and tasted good, everything else came out in a short time.

So I called in sick today because I woke up vomiting I get told by the manager very rudely mind you “if you don’t come in you don’t have a job” I’m trying to make sure I don’t get the customers sick and the my coworkers sick and your telling me that your going to fire me because I’m sicker than a dog. This place is has a trashy atmosphere for employees if your looking to work out here do not apply. Until they get new management

Food was good but lady at the takeout window was not friendly.Food: 4/5

This is by far the worst fast food experience I have had in my life. 45+ minute wait in line at drive thru to be informed they couldn't serve anything. Absolutely atrocious customer service avoid this location like the plague!Food: 1/5
