Ihop - Watertown

Order a meal for delivery, they forget their $7 milkshake and instead added speck. not for the first time I had problems with them.

To start, I am a long time fan of IHOP and have always loved their food and friendly customer service, but today I only enjoyed the food (kind of). The hostess sat us down and we sat there for half an hour before our server finally showed up (it wasn't busy at all and multiple people who sat after us were served all in the time it took her to take our order). She took our order and dropped off our drinks and didn't see her for the next hour that we waited for our food. Another server dropped it off and another person fixed what was wrong with my girlfriends meal. I finally had to chase her down for our ticket so we could leave and get on the road( because we had plans that had to get pushed back due to the poor service and long wait time)

The location watertown new york looks like it's closed when you pull up and under the circumstances I would say it should probably. I will not go into much detail except the fact that the lonely customer and so rudely treated by the waitress and then are released by the alleged restaurant manager. and then the company customer service that indicates that each location is responsible for its own customer complaints. I feel the need to warn others not to waste their time with this place. Single customers 45 minutes wait for the right meal and then be told about the waitress on the way out "I work for a life and live by my tips simply over the tip. only dinge who would say manager was thankful for this training opportunity, I must now remember my staff and after again how much money I spent in her restaurant and how I was treated well indicated if they want a free meal they come if I available Thursday to Sunday 8:00 to 1:00 o'clock

Worst experience. sat down and every table around us was dirty and covered with food. had to ask for a menu, and then the server came and got beverage orders. I have made my small children glass cups to use. ordered food and waited 40 minutes with nothing. no server, no beverage refill and no eating. finally decided to talk to a manager and she was absolutely rude. in the grunde told me it was my fault, but she would wipe out our food. When she broke out the wrong food, I told myself I ordered it. if I could not give stars, I would. I will never return to this ihop. disgusting, both management and facility.

This place is NASTY. I came here with my family after not seeing them for months as a treat and all the food was cold. Me and my 40 yo mother found hair in our food. The 5 yo was served Kraft Mac n cheese from the store. This was all after waiting an hour to be sat down when there were plenty of open tables then waited over 2 Hours to actually get our food and when asking for it to be warmed. The reason for our cold food was an open door. I am disgusted I'm normally not the kind to complain, but some of our food was under cooked and there were children and older people with us and for those of you who might not know why that was so bad they have compromised immune system.
