I ordered the burger and home fries, and I must say, I was very pleased. The burger was both juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were thick-cut and cooked just right. In fact, I’d consider them among the best fries you can find on the West Coast. There’s plenty of parking available, along with several benches and picnic tables that offer a lovely view of the Bay of Islands—a perfect place to enjoy your meal. I was truly impressed with Big Tom's, and I look forward to returning.

The food was absolutely delicious! I tried the cod, halibut, and onion rings. The fries were large, homemade, and tasty. Although the service was a bit slow, it's understandable when you're getting fresh, high-quality food. This was my first time trying deep-fried halibut, and I must say it was even better than the cod. Overall, it was a fantastic meal in a clean setting with beautiful scenery, offering great value for the money. I will definitely be returning with friends!

The food was quite good, and I really enjoyed the homemade fries! However, the wait time was ridiculous. When we arrived, there was just one person ahead of us, but we still ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food. It seemed like many people were getting their orders quickly through call-ins. It would have been nice to have a heads up about the wait time. Additionally, they didn’t have any water available. I don't think I’ll be driving an hour to wait over an hour for my meal again.

Was down for a drive to bottle cove to hike and had supper here on the way home and man oh man.... I'll be making the drive down solely for that food!! Thats some of the best food I've had on the west coast thus far!!! Gotta check them out if down that way

Had there French fries. Nice big fat ones nicely cooked.
