Rude staff and phone customer service was horrible. The individual hung up the phone without saying goodbye. Doesn't accept coupons and were rude. No sign about accepting coupons. Bogus. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Sandwich

The manager was very rude the my brother and her employee. My brother order a number 12 and she was very rude saying that club was with wheat bread as he asked to subtitute it for italian bread, then she did. Then she stepped out and the other employee stepped in asking my brother what type of cheese he wanted and he said provolone and from across the room she yelled it does not go with that cheese and my brother said it 's okay I can pay the difference . She was very upset and she was like then its going to be everything separate and he was like its okay. We paid and stayed to eat there and she kept telling the employee next time listen to me. Listen to me!! With so much attidude. It was a very hostile enviorment. Very dissapointed with this subway. Would give them 5 stars depends which one you go to BUT , they need more people I was in line almost 15 minutes.... But would have Subway for dinner anytime if in mood for something quick.
