They didn't even say that they will be with me in minutes or something like that. I left without buying a sandwich and will never go back to this store, I which I can give it zero star!!
Creepy weird vibe coming from this place been there once and don’t plan on revisiting.
I ordered a tuna salad for pick-up from the Subway app today. My order was quickly prepared and ready when I arrived. The restaurant looked very clean and I was greeted by a friendly staff member. My order was waiting for me on the pick-up counter. They informed me that the dressing had changed and had packed it in containers on the side for me to try, which I thought was a nice touch. I grabbed my salad and drink from the fridge where they were kept cold. The receipt attached to my order had a handwritten message saying "Have a good day," which showed the staff's attention to detail and customer service. I enjoyed my lunch and the overall experience at this Subway location. The staff demonstrated a great understanding of customer service, and the little things they did for my order did not go unnoticed. I wanted to take the time to write this review and show my appreciation for their excellent service.
I'm here to say that the service at this restaurant was unfair to a family member who had a disagreement with the staff. Despite this issue, the men working there handled the situation well. Overall, the food was mediocre, but the staff were great. I would recommend this Subway location.
I ordered a 6-inch tuna sub for dinner on Sunday, January 2nd and have been experiencing severe symptoms of food poisoning since then, continuing until January 4th. I will avoid this restaurant and not order tuna from Subway again.
