Very original menu with a great selection of American, Southern, and Mexican choices. Great value breakfast cocktails. Efficient and friendly service. Carnitas were good but I would stick to the sweeter options like like Waffles, Pancakes, or Crepes.
Such an improvement from the last time we went! The Coop was very busy, but we maybe waited 5-8 minutes to be seated. We were greeted with friendly smiles and amazing smells. As we got to our table our waiter was there shortly after to get started. We ordered a Coke and a Sprite. Believe me when I tell you this was the best fountain soda we have received from any establishment in a very long time. You can tell that the staff takes the time to clean their equipment and puts care into your experience. All the staff were very positive even after a few out of the ordinary questions. In terms of waiting for food, there was hardly any significant wait time at all. After about the 13 minute mark our waiter came over to let us know our food would be out shortly, low and behold it was to our table no longer than 1 and a half minutes later. Sadly I did not get a picture of the food, it all looked and smelled too tempting to wait. As we got half way through our plates we both looked at one another and decided neither of us would be needing a to-go box. All of the food that came to our plate exceeded our expectations and was satisfying to the last bite. All the fruit that we asked for was fresh and very tasty all in all. As a final comment, I'd like to commend The Coop for being busy as they were and still delivering a stellar experience from start to finish. Bring friends, family, or anyone in between to enjoy a meal with The Coop ???? (The pictures I was able to take did not show justice to how busy they were, the main dining room was basically full when we had visited)
Went here for brunch and we were not disappointed. The menu was robust and had a few options that looked especially good. I had the avocado toast and fruit, which was very filling. We also split some pancakes with granola and fresh fruit with everyone at the table. I had a bellini to drink, which was ice cold and had fresh peaches in it. Everything was really fresh and the server was kind, quick, and professional. We went around 11:30 and had a 30 min wait to be seated. There were places outside to sit while we waited and they let you order a drink inside to have while you wait if you want to.
This place was great!l but super busy!! Service and atmosphere was top notch, except the bathrooms are in desperate need for repair. The menu was unique and has many different delicious options. I had country omelet and gluten free pancakes and they were fantastic. Totally recommend.
