Zappi's Pizza - Waukesha

Negative stars if I could evaluate this place. We do a lot of food delivery for our work lunch and this never heard about local pizza compound was listed on Seamless (the Food Delivery App) and it was listed as a newly added business with a promo of $5 first order. Usually we pay for delivery with all food service companies... but this time I decided to pick up because I had another break to run on the side of Waukesha. After Google Maps circled me around and around a huge camp. I wanted to get help. Finally, the email confirmation I got from Seamless was to call when I arrived so that they could bring out all the pizzas we ordered. I raised their Google business list and call my device....ERROR CODE BLAH BLAH. soooo a separate number. Great!!! I was really hoping to come back with pizzas for the staff... I failed, and everyone was hungry and grumpy. Bunk business and I will never use Seamless again. I called their customer support after such a Hassle and they sent me a 10% discount on the next order Promo code. GEEEEE THANKS.

Order jobs and paid online for delivery to the local hotel. After 90 minutes and without orders, I called. I said my order was canceled that no one would pick it up. I said I chose the delivery. They do not deliver what their website has not specified, they use to deliver a third party. I asked if my card was refunded, the manager said he would check, then hanged on me. I will not deal with it again. You don't treat people like that. From now on I am out of $28 for order
