Fazoli's - Wausau

We decided to give this place a try since there was a wait at Olive Garden and we were craving Italian food. I'm really glad we did! Chad was super nice, friendly, and very helpful. The entire staff was pleasant, and everyone had a positive attitude. They’ve also arranged the seating to ensure proper distancing. The prices are great, and the portion sizes are generous. The Hot Honey BBQ is a must-try, and their breadsticks are definitely better!

I really hope the owner recognizes the hard work of the employees who came in tonight. They definitely deserve a raise for keeping the restaurant running in what seemed like a nearly impossible situation. I only saw three employees during our visit, and I can’t say how many are typically scheduled, but I would imagine there should be more than that. Thank you to everyone who was working after 7 p.m. on 9/29/22, especially to the young man at the counter—thank you for your dedication and service.

For fast food Italian, it's pretty tasty. And just like most fast food places, you know exactly what you are going to get, every time. I seem to always end up with the spicy baked ziti with chicken and pasta. Yes, I ask for both... And the endless bread sticks are just too good.

The staff on the evening of February 16, 2023, was fantastic! They all contributed to making an unforgettable birthday celebration for two of my children on this special day. Thank you! It was truly a wonderful experience.

The food was delicious. Cashier Jacob was very friendly and friendly. Alfredo is very good. Children eat for 99 cents on Tuesday. Love it
