Bluebonnet Bbq - Waxahachie

Super clean and Friendly staff... I will say that all the folks that were walking out of the restaurant this night were speaking in HIGH regards about this place. I order a sliced brisket sandwich perfectly smoked btw.

This restaurant is a true, authentic Texas BBQ spot. The meats and sides are all delicious and the prices are fair. The service is good and it is definitely worth a visit.

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and wow, it was amazing. The BBQ was out of this world, with tender meat that didn't even need any sauce. The ribs were particularly outstanding. I used to live in Waxahachie, and now I know exactly where to go for delicious BBQ!

If you are ever on Texas State Hwy 287 between Waxahachie and Corsicana, definitely stop at Bluebonnet BBQ. The brisket, pulled pork and baked beans were amazing and my favorite items on the menu.
