Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Waxahachie

Slowest service ever. They either run out of chicken, close early or they cannot take debit card. The same experience every time I come here and I always end up leaving.Today 3/20/24, I went took a while before I ordered, nonetheless I ordered red beans and rice as my side and I received red beans and rice in water. I go here because it’s the only Popeyes in town but omg bad experience all the time.

Now I go to a lot of fast food restaurants and this one is by far the slowest serving place. They took forever in the drive thru so I went inside to order only to take another 20 minutes when there was no one in front of me. To top it off the people who were in the drive thru kept coming inside due to their orders being wrong.

The only things they had were chicken, popcorn shrimp, mashed potatoes, and Cole slaw. They were out of everything else. The tables weren't bussed, and it took twenty minutes to get burnt chicken...

An hour wait on a mobile order , you have to wait in line they lock the doors on top of the wait they didn’t have all the sides and the food was cold DONT WASTE YOUR

Had the Surf Turf box with red beans and rice and two strawberry biscuits for lunch and a lemonade drink....everything was hot and delicious ? ??
