Avaliação da contribuiçãoOn the basis of my last visit, which was today, I ordered a wurstei and cheese mcgriddle and a medium orange juice. I changed my order when I came to the window. She helped me kindly. it was very sweet. eating was delicious eating was hot and waiting was not long. update: everything was perfect update: I feel like this person knew that they have salted the fries. happy, I prefer extra salt. each other would have a heart attack with a hairdresser.
So McDonalds hasn't ever been my favorite but with my most recent visit I find my self extremely disappointed. To start I ordered a double fish just to find out that it's been removed from the menu. Then I tried to order a frappe just to find out their machine was down. I was pretty disappointed with this but then I got my fish sandwich out and realized that not only had they discontinued the double fish the also cut back on the fish portion as you can see in the provided picture. McDonalds has been a kids restaurant for years but if i going to be leaving hungry I'll find somewhere else to take my kids. 8 dollars for half a fish sandwich isn't worth it.
We were there during the lunch rush. So i expected it to be busy but I didn't expect to have to wait off to the side for an extra ten minutes. fil-a-fish, 10 piece nuggets, a big mac and 2 large . At least my food was hot. And my order was right
To be Perfectly Blunt, THIS Location Needs a Change In Management!! I wanted so Badly for the Store Manager Antwon to Succeed at his designation, but clearly, All Of the Issues at THIS Location Starts at the TOP with the Assistant Manager with the Poor Attitude!! This Location has become inefficient and incompetent at delivering the world class exceptional service that the McDonald's brand has become world renowned in delivering. I could post a laundry list of issues that this establishment struggles with Daily, connected to the excessive lines, wait times, and erroneous orders, but these Only Reflect right back on The CAPTAIN (General Manager). So maybe, it's simply TIME for a CHANGE!! Sorry, Not sorry
The drive through at this location is very poorly run. Generally, I do not leave bad reviews however something needs to be done. We were in the 2nd drive through lane and literally 6 cars in the other lane had their orders taken before ours. They should alternate the orders rather than taking multiple orders from one lane. I will say the young lady taking the orders was very polite even though she was poorly trained.
