I have come here many many times and that is the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star. If you use the app to order and pay they do not prioritize you. My food was supposed to me ready at 12:45. I was told that my food was done when really I have been waiting for over 15 minutes. I already paid so I can’t go anywhere else. I got it at 1:06. There was only one employee who seemed to be at all concerned, while I was sitting there for 21 minutes. I mentioned several times that I was waiting on a mobile order. I understand that lunchtime is busy, but I had places to go and they wasted 20 extra minutes of my time. It would’ve been one thing if it were only five minutes, but 20 is unacceptable.
The employees were extremely rude. There was no one else in the subway at the time, so it wasn't during a rush. The menu said the sandwich came with double cheese, but they didn't do that. It also includes a garlic aioli and the employee just wrapped up the sandwich without asking if we wanted sauce or mayo. As I was asking my son if he wanted mayo the employee had all ready wrapped the sandwich up and stuffed it in the bag. Again, there was no other customers in the store and 2 employees working. Then finally we were told the owner decided to not honor coupons, so we couldn't use the coupon we'd just received in the mail.
So I placed an online order along with two of my coworkers. The money came out of my account but I didn 't get a confirmation number like they did so I called. I was told my order was there to come and get it. I said you are sure you have an order for a roast beef salad I was told yes so I went to pick it up. My coworkers items were ready but the salad wasn 't. I asked if it was being made, I was told there was no salad order online by the same person I called. I showed the money removed from my account by my bank for this subway and showed I called them and was told by who I am told is the manager the order came through. He said Well if you people would learn how to use the app right this wouldn 't happen. Pay me again and I will make your salad. I grabbed my two coworkers lunches and left, calling my bank shortly after and got my money returned for the order. I am told by a few others the 'manager ' is often rude to others and I am not the first. Will hold off going here myself for a while. Never had an online/app order issue from here until now.
We are seniors with no car. We went to subway today to get 2 foot long sandwiches. We took our coupons to use that came in the mail. We placed our order, at the register, we told the cashier we had coupons. That's when we find out that they don't except coupons. The owner doesn't partake. It's not posted anywhere in store or on line. Nothing on the windows. You'd think that the owner would make it clear he's not a coupon participant. Was to late to cancel, the sandwiches were made. We were upset with the lack of communication. Why even have the mail send those if the only place around a 25 mile radius doesn't even partake. It's a monopoly and we won't be doing service with that location again. You as a franchise should make all stores except subway coupons. It's misleading. When it's not even posted. Or discussed prior to ordering. We felt stuck. And had to buy them. Didn't want to waste the food.
