The Green Leaf Grill - Waynesboro

My wife and I both enjoyed our dinners. I had the Oyster Platter with sweet potato fries and rice with gumbo appetizer, and the oysters were awesome. My wife had Battered Cod with sweet potato fries and salad. Food was perfectly cooked. Server was really good and very nice, which is always a plus. A nice evening out.

Great food! My server, James, was verry attentive. I ordered the hamburger with sweet potato fries. Both were so so good! The fries had some very yummy seasoning on them.

Our daughter moved to this area recently, and this was our first time at the restaurant. Four of us dining, and all of our meals were great. Well prepared, tasty, good sides, the appetizers were very good, and the drinks were well done also. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great service. Overall, it was fantastic. Well worth the price of the meals.

Food was great particularly the gumbo. Out of grapefruit juice. Ordered screwdriver instead and was very weak.

Our first time at The Green Leaf Grill and it was terrific! Went with a dining out club from Lexington and all eight in our group thought the same way. A nice menu with a change of pace with items that you don't typically see. Had the smoked pork ribeye on a suggestion from Justin who was behind the bar. Tender, with a nice smoke flavor and a wonderful poblano cream sauce. The drunkin shrimp appetizer- spot on. Good drink selections, service was tops, especially since they were packed (on a Wednesday! Kudos to Natasha who couldn't be more accommodating taking care of our group. Will be back again soon and well worth the hour drive! Charlie
