Arby's - Weatherford

We went through the drive-through. We had to repeat our order several times before the young man got it right. I asked for extra Arby sauce and Horsy sauce. We get the order, and there are no sauces in the bag or on the sandwich. Not just that, but no napkins either. Seriously? Are the napkin farmers on strike? And when I asked for the sauce, I made it clear that I love the sauces. I'm disappointed, and although my sandwich was dry, the rest of the food was good.

Needs lot of work,first the bathroom was filthy,the food was bland and they got my 2 sandwich order wrong, ordered 2 double roast beef and got 2 singles!!! Ordered at drive through. Where you order is way before the menu. Pulled up to menu and had to backup so I could order and hear what employee was saying. Shack machine down AGAIN. Something wrong with cheddar. The one who took my order has a personality of a stick. Acted like he didn’t care if I was there or not. He’s probably got his wish, don’t think I’ll be back. I had gone to this location fairly recently. The staff was absolutely amazing . I had placed my order through the drive through, and they had pulled me around for my shake and they were also waiting on fries. When the gentleman came out to give my my items and my fries, he had also explained the shake I had ordered was down. He had offered different flavors, and I ended up getting one I really liked . He got it all ready and came out not too much longer with a Large shake. I felt really bad cause I had originally ordered a smaller size. He had said not to worry about it and it was because of the wait . This has been a while ago since I went through but they're really awesome friendly staff who do their best
