Their food is very bad. Sometimes they keep serving vegetables even after several days. They give old vegetables to the customers which are already spoiled.

Food is as expected, but wait times are surprisingly long, likely due to always being understaffed

Would not give me a refund when they messed up my order. Rude customer service.

Not much attention or care given by employees on lunch shift. Not worst ever, but nowhere near best Wendy's experience

They need to do better.. the fries were in the bottom of the bag the burger looked like they had just threw it.
