Avaliação da contribuiçãoI came here on nye, sat as shane, came at the bar of david and alexa, and catherine was my server. it was relatiw slow, and they seemed to let most workers go to enjoy their night. that is when I noticed that everything was picking up and it was up to no host, a bar write-out to sit and drink everyone, a cook, 3 server and a manager to serve. no one has their cool and together they all worked like a very good oiled machine. eating came without a glitter and the 3 server used the entire dining room. I enjoyed the atmosphere and look forward to the return.
I have placed an order for several items to pick up cash. I was asked to pick up the order in 18 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after the order and sat and waited for another 20 minutes. the boneless buffalo wings were cold when they handed us the bag. so turned on to 40 for 18 min. we demanded a new order of untimely wings and we said it would take 8 min. we waited 20 min and no boneless wings were brought out. I went in to ask for a refund, and the manager told the employee that I had the refund of only passiw aggressiw the wings that were cold. I insisted that we get a refund and the manager refused to even start the process of my refund because they were busy because it was a holiday. the manager refused to process my refund and wanted to write down my information so he could do it later in the night. he wouldn't come to me in writing that I would get a refund, so I decided to cut bait and eat the cost of the buffalo wings. that's not your time. their time has no value for them. They told us that we arrive in 18 minutes when they are busy, provide a more realistic time frame. it is not the customer's task to realize that they provide an unrealistic time frame based on the time of the year. it is the task of the employee to provide the right time frame and if she is not her job as manager, to appease the customer and not apathetic to try to blame it on the customer.

I thought I would take my niece out for an early dinner to her favorite restaurant. As soon as we walked in it went all wrong.We were ignored for over 10 minutes.When someone finally came to us they said it would be a 20 minute wait,while half the restaurant was empty.This is pathetic customer service and now my niece will have to find a new favorite restaurant.
The food and service were great. Friendly staff and great time.
