My aunt and uncle treated my family to this non-small burger joint and we were all shocked how well everything tasted. As Floridians we don't get used to NY-style food and we were very glad that our aunt and uncle brought us here. The burgers were huge and served on fresh hard rolls with a side of delicious homemade hot sauce. The choice of pages included perfectly crispy French pommes, perpetrator darts and to our surprise, sweet potato fries! The atmosphere is relaxed with plenty of space for many family and friends and there is even a small arcade area. Pricing is also fair and you can buy vouchers for a free Cheeseburger, so this is a great deal for large groups.

Excellent meal. Wife and I both enjoyed our what we had. Fish fry for me and veggie burger for my wife.

I believe that local residents in Webster and Rochester should dine at Bill Gray's instead of national chains. Their hot sauce is unbeatable, and the deals with coupons are fantastic. The rolls are also top-notch. It would be great if Bill Gray offered vouchers to the Hampton Inn manager to place in the lobby. Considering the number of travelers passing through, a homegrown village restaurant like yours should entice them. A sign at the Hampton Inn suggesting that guests ask the receptionist for Bill Gray's vouchers would be effective. Not everyone may access vouchers online through their smartphones. If the coupons indicated that they were available through the hotel, you could track how much business they bring in. On December 31, 2019: Make sure to use the online coupons on your phone! The cheeseburger was crispy and delicious! It was busy, but I managed to find a seat thanks to the ample seating available. On August 29, 2021: I always make use of the vouchers that you can find on your website. Your food is consistently great!
