Quality Inn - Weeki Wachee

Very pleasant place to stay. I was going to stay for just 1 night l decided to stay 4 nights! great person running the front desk. VERY CLEAN ROOM! Nice swimming pool. BEST RELAXATION I've gotten in a long time. l travel 9 months out of the year. never have l EVER committed on social media until now! Why? because this place was worth writing about!

Nowhere as nice as presented. Front desk turns off phones at night. In serious need of repairs and cleaning.

This hotel is terrible. It’s dirty, has badly patched holes everywhere, and rude front desk staff. Not only are the front desk staff rude, they are also incompetent. When checking in, I asked for our card on file to be changed, and somehow they took that to mean cancel our reservation. They checked us in, ran the wrong card for the entire stay, but yet cancelled the reservation. I found all this out by finding the maid in our room even though we had the do not disturb sign on the door. We then had to argue to get our money back for the nights we wouldn’t be staying (they tried to say they hadn’t charged us at all yet) and find a new hotel. This was 4 days ago and for some reason, they are still messing with the charges. One has now been moved to the other card I put on file.

Can’t complain much. Free breakfast was great. Room was clean. It had pretty much everything we needed. The only complain was that the WiFi was not working.

Room was clean, but toilet ran constantly and the electric lick on the door stopped working the night before I left
