The Albatross - Wells-Next-The-Sea

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to The Albatross yesterday as a family and even our dog was welcomed on board! Friendly staff, love the quirkiness of the boat the food was amazing! We all had omlettes and pancakes and they were delicious! Really recommend! X

Well what can you say about a place that delivers great beer, great live music, great Dutch pancakes and a place to lay your head .... to me that sounds like a wonderful venue add that’s a schooner moored in the quaint seaside town of Wells and heaven and words like that come to mind...

I had yesterday the most fabulous birthday dinner on the albatross. I loved how tables were beveled and steeped. this added to the charm of the place. the staff is so friendly and helpful and so very courteous. and wow the food was simply amazing! I really can't wait to go back! I'm so grateful to my friend that he brought us there. what a jewellery piece!

We discovered this one-of-a-kind restaurant by happenstance and decided to return the next evening. The experience was amazing, with a choice of dining on the deck or inside. During our second visit, we brought along four dogs and were warmly welcomed by the staff. It truly is a great place with incredibly friendly staff and delicious local crab on the menu. Perfect!

The best place for a pint .great personal and good beer and a wonderful environment.
