Lounge - Welshpool Rd, Shrewsbury

Have unfortunately been made ill from food I was served here. Server was made aware that I have coeliac, and they thought that meant I was vegan! Food itself was not of a good quality, was served cold and sloppy food at first, until receiving a replacement meal. Shortly after eating I became unwell. Shame because they have a great gluten free menu but staff are obviously not knowledgable on what it means.

The Floro Lounge is a beautiful place to visit for a drink or lunch. We’ve eaten here a few times and the food is delicious, especially the Gluten Free options. It’s always clean and tidy. Each time we’ve come in the staff are always friendly and helpful. There’s not many places out there that cater for Gluten Free and that you can clearly see there’s no cross contamination going on. We highly recommend people come here.. :
