Mcdonald's Restaurants

It was a daunting experience. My daughters ordered their meals using the self serve. They had their numbers. Another child got up and claimed the younger daughter’s meal due to the wrong number. As she got up and tried to explain involving her older sister, the manager in charge was very rude even as the junior members of staff explained what happened. He was rude to the customers as well as the staff on duty. Who does that? It’s Saturday the 29th July 18:35. Never again!

The food was ok but the inside of McDonalds was filthy. the tables needed a good scrub and there was chewing gum stuck under the stools and tables. The walls were grubby and dirty floor needed to be mopped down, personally I wouldn't go back, it wasn't very nice.

20 minute plus wait for 3 simple menu items. Yes lots of orders for ‘just eats etc’ but with one staff member doing those and the other doing the other orders you would think it would work no. We all have to start somewhere when learning a new job but one one staff member looked lost and unsure. Never going in again, 20 plus minute wait for fast food is a joke!

Ordered some food, the Lady manager served me, no greetings, no thank you. Added Ice to my drinks without even asking, the fries were terribly cold and soggy. Didn’t even ask if I wanted catchup and mayonnaise. She made me feel as if she was doing me a great favour by serving me food.

This place was terrible me and my boyfriend came here to grab a bite to eat before getting on the train when we walked in and the self service machine was swinging and not locked properly we was 1 out of 3 maybe 4 customers waiting and it 's took 20 minutes for us to get 1 crispy chicken wrap and 2 cheese burgers. As we were waiting the team were standing out looking miserable doing nothing and 3 managers were going nothing apart 1 of them who was walking around shouting at the people making the food. My food the other hand was terrible in its self my wrap fell apart as I got it out to eat it it was not wrapped properly at all and when I asked for a dip I was looked at and asked what . So over all the services is disgusting and the food was bad never going back again.
