The Quarry Wine Garden - Wentzville

Nice atmosphere, but it's a bit expensive. The salad I got was very tasty, but not worth the price, sure. My friend got a burger, sad to say... it was very overwhelmed and underwhelming. The service was nice and the drinks were great. I'd still try.

Great atmosphere, large terrace, service was amazing. The wine selection was incredible. We asked for sweet wine and led in the right direction. The best wine I ever had! Beautiful terrace and views of the water.

It's close to my house, so bonus point. Can accommodate larger groups, so this is a bonus. Eating is quite good and there are outdoor seats that have a nice amount of atmosphere with fire pits and beautiful landscape. Only big thing there are no waiters who take your order or something.... You go to the counter and they give you a number and drop your food. Water has a self-service station. When you order food in the bar, your whole party gets her food at another time, so that can be a disadvantage. If you try to order some appetizers and just get some wine, it's good. If you just want to hang around, it's great and no waitress makes you move. So I can see the value of it in one respect. If it's your first time, you won't know what's going on. Pro Tip... go to the bar to get your menu. No waitress will ever welcome you.

We got the 40. My sister's birthday party hosted and had about 50 participants. The venue and the staff are absolutely amazing!! Specifically, I worked with Vicky and she was incredibly helpful when I met her with question and question while we were planning! Pricing was very reasonable and the view is beautiful! We all left as big fans of the Quarry Wine Garden and look forward to return!! Thank you.

We’ve been wanting to try this place since it opened. We finally did on New Year’s Eve. Went early as they were having a reservations only event starting at 5:30 as they told my husband when he called ahead. He was told they were serving dinner as usual before that time.We got there and nobody greeted us. Wound up seating our selves. Waiting 20 minutes for someone to bring us a menu and inform us that we have to order drinks and food at the bar and entrees on the menu weren’t available because the chef was “stressed” preparing for the big night. Ok. Ordered appetizers. Took awhile but they were delicious. However, our meals were a disaster. The burgers were ALL burnt to a crisp. Black and hard. As were the home made chips. The brisket was tough as leather. Inedible. And to make matters worse, we couldn’t even send it back to be remade because after waiting so long, there wasn’t time before their event started. The GM was apologetic and refunded the money for our meals, but I can’t believe they even served that food to begin with.I don’t think we’ll try it again. Especially since you don’t get any type of service there. What a shame. It’s such a beautiful place.
