Dooley's Bagel Deli - West Babylon

The staff at this restaurant are okay, but the quality of the food is not up to par. Additionally, they charge an extra fee for credit card transactions without informing customers beforehand. When questioned about this, they simply point to a small sign mentioning the fee. Despite being priced like a typical bagel place, the overall experience falls short of expectations. I would not choose to dine here again.

I stopped by this restaurant on a whim for a breakfast bagel and I was pleasantly surprised. I have nothing negative to say about the place, the food, or the service. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and also received a complimentary cup of tea. The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The prices were reasonable. I would definitely return to this restaurant again.

My family is very fussy when it comes to their bagels. Dooley's gets it right! Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. The shapes of their bagels don't always resemble a bagel shape. Their prices are very good for sandwiches. The staff is also very friendly. Make note: You do pay a bit more if you are using credit or debit cards.

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for quite some time, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience today. The person taking my order made mistakes with two of the sandwiches I ordered, and because I do not live nearby, I was unable to return to correct the errors. This was a major disappointment for me.

Food was ok.. Needed more home fries .. 10/30/21 11:45 am walked in lady was working on the cash register and didn?t even say good morning or nothing. A lady from the back came and took my order.. Then a Spanish speaking man came in and the lady that was working on the register greeted him and took his order . Smh
