I ordered a pizza for pickup, and while the person taking my order wasn’t rude, they did seem a bit distracted. When I arrived to collect my food, I found out that my order had been sent out for delivery. Fortunately, the manager was there and sincerely apologized for the mix-up. They quickly made fresh pizzas and even gave me the original ones as well. On top of that, they provided a discount and included a couple of cookies for my kids. The manager truly transformed a potentially negative situation into a positive experience. Great leadership! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The staff were very nice and even opened the door for me when I came to pick up my takeout order. Overall, I would rate the food a 4, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

Took forever for my burnt pizza and burnt wings. then an employee locked the door for someone they had bad past experiences with that was behind me. I obviously didn 't know they had experience with this guy who was knocking on the glass for like 2 minutes. So i let him in cause i thought he just thought the door was locked. The employee proceeded to give me my order then walk outside with me and tell me don 't open the door for anyone here again then walked away. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous here. They also tried to claim that I didn 't place an order, but I argued until he saw that i ordered . Come to find out every review on here says they tell everyone that they didnt get their order.
