Golden Dragon - West Dorset

Ordered a wide variety of dishes for a group of 6 people, every dish was poor. The crispy chilli beef was nigh on inedible, the 1/2 peking duck came as a container of crumbled rubbery duck skin, no meat to be found. I could continue to list every dish, but to sum it up… I won’t be ordering again, a waste of £130!!

Blander than bland! I’ve never in my life experienced such a terrible plate of food…I would say, chef taste your food before serving, but this is no chef! Awful, sorry but you need to sort it out, waste of my “cash only” money.

Tasteless but friendly staff. As said by many others this place is declining with every visit. Its my new local, I would usually go to the other Chinese but I often simply can't be bothered to walk up there when this is opposite my house. However, I will be doing the walk from now on as the other Chinese is just so so good.

Visiting the area and ordered for a family seven. Friendly staff, prompt preparation and fantastic food. Would definitely have frequently if I was a local.

The quality of the food at this restaurant has definitely decreased. The Salt and Pepper chicken had a strange, unpleasant chemical taste, the house fried rice was tasteless, and the barbecue sauce seemed to be watered down. The BBQ ribs were cold and chewy. The only redeeming dish was the chicken balls, which were hot, crunchy, and flavorful. Overall, the food was not worth the high prices.
