Awful place, don’t go here. They won’t let you in if you’ve already had a few and are completely judgmental of people from out of town.

Excellent food and service. Popular very busy on a Monday night in January. Even though the restaurant was busy the food was hot and not delayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very impressed.

The Rajpoot Team are amazing and go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience. This restaurant is a firm favourite of ours and we have dined with friends and family over and over. Food is delicious and team are exceptional. Thank you all for looking after us.

Had a stunningly good meal at the Rajpoot last night. Our table of 6 all agreed it was the best Indian meal we had experienced for ages. Service was spot on too. Yes the decor is a bit tired but that is a minor feature compared to the exceptional food.

Ended up taking the kids for a curry as there was so little choice in Sherborne. 3 options on a wed night 1 we’d been to the night before, 1 had no kids menu and didn’t really want children and everything else closed. It was an error. The food was average. Good naan bread but the bhajis were bad and the curry’s lacking in substance. Service for us was ok. Not helped as the table behind was vocal and odd whilst another group sat down, had an argument with the waiter and then left abruptly. Could imagine this at 10pm but not 6pm with the kids. Sadly wont be returning.
