Chipotle Mexican Grill - West Hartford

This restaurant offers quick, reasonably priced, and delicious burritos. I frequently come here for lunch. The staff at this location is fantastic; they are so familiar with me that they recognize me and remember my order beforehand. Today, they temporarily ran out of carnitas, but the always friendly and kind manager offered to comp my burrito, even though I was willing to choose another type of meat. Great service!

Went in for a burritos and I got some big a.. burritacos...and no bad price wisely

The service at this restaurant is typically quick, the food is exceptional, and the staff is welcoming. At times when they are particularly busy, online orders may be slightly delayed, but usually only by 5-10 minutes.

The food at this Chipotle location is tasty, much like at all the other ones. My burrito was so big that I had to eat it with a fork and bowl, making it almost impossible to eat by hand. Nonetheless, some may consider this a positive aspect since you get a larger portion of food.
