El Pollo Loco - West Jordan

The menu for the most part is good. But follow through leaves something to be desired. I ordered a salad. The rice in it was either not cooked all the way or stale. It was real hard on the teeth. Service was nice and friendly.

Where's the meat? Our family of five didn't find enough to satisfy us with the family meal meant for eight.

I've been going to El Pollo Loco for decades and this location has to be the worst. Every time I go in, there is a problem. I actually expect it every time I walk through the door. Sometimes I am overcharged, others my order is missing items. This time, they had no legs or thighs and it would 30 minutes before any would be available. I ended up going elsewhere for dinner.

Staff was very rude. My food took 30 minutes to get to me and was the only food in the restaurant. Food wasn't the best. Don't waste your time or money here
