Starbucks - West Jordan

I'm not going to go into specific details because it is a long story and was something so minor and a complete miscommunication but the way this lady acted towards me was insane. The older lady that works in the mornings with blonde hair and that fake, rude a smile that she keeps plastered to her face is going to cause you all to lose a lot of customers. We had a little wait in the drive through. But the staff was very kind! The drinks were made well! We'll definitely be back at this location!

This location pretty consistently gets my order right and is usually pretty good. There have been a few times when the drink was gross for some reason but it’s usually good. I always order on the app but if you do need something it’s pretty difficult to get someone’s attention.

Daniela works at this location. She is so nice, and so compassionate with her customers. Best customer service ever!

If you order americano they put just hot coffee in a cup.
