Villages Pizza - West Kelowna

Always delicious! I rate it a 5 out of 5! The gluten-free crust is fantastic!

The pizza was certainly not worth the steep price. I paid $28 for a pizza that was smaller than a large. The parmesan chicken pizza was extremely dry, to the extent that I had to add ketchup just to make it somewhat edible. It was so unappealing that we didn’t even bother saving it for leftovers—our dog wouldn’t go near it either.

In a similar situation with a different restaurant, they completely surpassed my expectations by quickly sending out a new order and even including a complimentary item that I hadn't asked for. The delivery driver who returned was rewarded with a generous tip for his extra effort. Unfortunately, after being given two chances to apologize and seeing no real effort from this company, I decided it was time to move on. All I really wanted was a simple apology—I would have been perfectly satisfied with that along with the food. But it seems that was asking too much.

Always fresh and outstanding! The prices are comparable to any high-quality pizza. It's simply delicious! It's topped generously but doesn't weigh you down—it's genuinely wholesome food. I consistently have a wonderful experience with the staff!

Villages is definitely one of the best choices for your next pizza night. Formerly known as "Mr. Mozzarella," those who haven’t visited since the name change will be pleased to know that nothing has really changed. The quality of the pizzas is consistently excellent, featuring fresh and flavorful ingredients. A fantastic perk is their loyalty program, which offers discounts on orders and amazing weekly specials from time to time. If you have dietary restrictions, their gluten-free crust is among the best I’ve ever tasted.
