Arby's - West Knoxville

Manager was beyond rude and when i called about my order she was aggressive and yelling through the phone. very unprofessional.

Service was great, food was good, restroom was clean.

Wasn't very friendly, asked for sauce didn't get it put in the bag.Fries looked like they where sitting all day and they could not have any more salt in the restaurant because it was all on this container of fries. There where very little fries in the container and employees where talking about another employee calling in with a ear ache. Was ok little slow at the drive thru but friendly service

Unlike most arbys, it didn't take long for our food to be ready. This one has best drive-thru!
